我（Palzang 帕桑法師 ）藏文文獻讀的很少，但是印象最深刻的當然是密勒日巴尊者。尊者好像遇到格西們、學者們，都常開示六波羅蜜、十波羅蜜。

ཕར་ཕྱིན་བཅུ་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་ན་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱེད་ཟེར་བའི་ལན་དུ་མགུར་འདི་གསུངས་སོ། 
Milarepa’s Song to Darlo on the Ten Pāramitās  (我稍微修改了張澄基的英譯文)

།རྗེ་སྒྲ་སྒྱུར་མར་པ་སྐུ་དྲིན་ཅན། །དུས་སྙིགས་མའི་སེམས་ཅན་བསྐྱབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཆོས་ཕྲག་དོག་ཞི་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས།
Oh gracious Lord Marpa the Translator!  I pray you protect us in these degenerate times; I pray you pacify the "dharma of jealousy!”
།ཁྱོད་ལོ་འདོད་ཀྱི་སྟོན་པ་དར་བློ་ཉོན།
Now, listen to me Darlo, you fanatical scholar! 
།མི་འཆི་སྙམ་པའི་ངང་ཉིད་ལ། །འགལ་འབྲེལ་ཚིག་ལ་སེམས་སེམས་ནས། །ཚེ་སུམ་གཉིས་ཟད་པ་མ་ཚོར་གདའ། །ད་ནི་ཉམས་ལེན་བྱས་ན་ལེགས། 
Without recalling death,
You have indulged in words and arguments!
For the past 32 years you have failed to realize this fact!
But you can benefit far more if you devote yourself to actual practice!
།དུས་སྙིགས་མའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཉོན་མོངས་རགས། །མི་སྡིག་ཅན་ཁ་ལ་བཟོད་གླགས་མེད།
Alas!  In these degenerate times, coarse are sentient beings’ defilements and unbearably glib are sinners’ tongues!

།ད་བདག་འཛིན་སྤངས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །སྦྱིན་པ་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Dānapāramitā (generosity), nothing to do, Other than stop fixating on self!
།གཡོ་སྒྱུ་སྤངས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Śīlapāramitā (morality), nothing to do, Other than being completely straightforward!
དོན་ལ་མི་སྐྲག་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །བཟོད་པ་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Kṣāntipāramitā (patience), nothing to do, Other than not fear what is ultimately true!
།ཉམས་ལེན་འབྲལ་མེད་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Vīryapāramitā (effort), nothing to do, Other than practice continuously!
།ངང་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །བསམ་གཏན་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Dhyānapāramitā (meditative concentration), nothing to do, Other than rest in presence!
།གནས་ལུགས་རྟོགས་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །ཤེས་རབ་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Prajñāpāramitā (wisdom), nothing to do, Other than know directly how things are!
།བྱས་ཚད་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །ཐབས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Upāyapāramitā (skillful means), nothing to do, Other than gathering the accumulations!
།དོན་གཉིས་གྲུབ་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །སྨོན་ལམ་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Praṇidhānapāramitā (aspiration), nothing to do, Other than accomplishing the benefit of self and others!
།བདུད་བཞི་བཅོམ་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ན། །སྟོབས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Balapāramitā (power), nothing to do, Other than conquering the four Maras!
།ཉོན་མོངས་རང་མཚང་རིག་པ་ན། །ཡེ་ཤེས་བྱ་བ་ལོགས་ན་མེད།
For Jñānapāramitā (knowledge), nothing to do, Other than for the kleśas to illumine their own (faulty) nature!
།དོན་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་ན་དེ་ལྟར་ཡིན། །ཚིག་སྟོང་པའི་སྒྲ་ལ་དགོས་པ་ཆུང་།
This is the correct way of practicing the Dharma’s intent; Empty words are useless and help little!
